Take the thermostat housing off, start soaking the stud in some kind of good penetrating lubrication (PB Blaster, Kroil, etc..) for a couple of days, and purchase a broken bolt/stud extractor. Using a torch to put a lot of heat on the stud will help as well. I like to heat broken bolts/studs up real hot, and then "quench" them with PB Blaster.Go to any auto parts store and get a broken screw/ bolt remover (eazy out). Get the right size of course.
